Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, your account remains active through the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans: pro-rata refund within the first 30 days of an annual term, minus any platform fees on labels purchased.

Labels purchased through the Service can be voided within the carrier’s void window: USPS 28 days, UPS & FedEx 90 days, DHL varies by service.

When a void is confirmed by the carrier, the full label cost (carrier rate + platform markup) is credited back to your wallet.

Labels purchased and used (i.e., scanned by the carrier) cannot be voided.

Unused wallet balances are refundable to the original payment method for 30 days after subscription cancellation. After 30 days, balances are forfeited.
